How the Mystery Works 🎁

Each Bookish by Cat mystery bundle is created using my mystery capsule system.

I have separate collections of Standard and Deluxe capsules, with each capsule containing a hidden item type — for example, a bookmark, highlighter, notebook, glassware or pair of socks.

For The Readers Retreat, I randomly select 25 capsules from a mix of Standard and Deluxe picks. I can’t see what item type is inside each capsule until it has been chosen and opened, which keeps every selection genuinely random. ✨

Once the capsules reveal the types of items going into your bundle, I then carefully choose the actual products from my available stock, taking into account the colours, themes, styles, likes and dislikes you’ve shared wherever possible.

So the item types are chosen by chance, but your final bundle is still thoughtfully curated with you in mind. 💕

💕 Due to the nature of mystery products, individual items cannot be returned or refunded simply because you are unhappy with the contents received. However, the full bundle may be returned for a refund, provided the entire box and all items are returned together and in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights if any item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
