Occasionally, errors or inaccuracies may occur. Where an error is identified, Bookish by Cat may correct or update the relevant information.

Colours and product appearance may vary slightly from photographs because of:

Mystery Bundles

Bookish by Cat Mystery Bundles are created using the Bookish by Cat mystery capsule selection system.

Products are separated into Standard and Deluxe categories. Capsules contain an item type and are selected at random without Bookish by Cat knowing which item type has been chosen until the capsule is opened.

The Mystery Bundle purchased determines the number and balance of Standard and Deluxe selections.

Once the capsules have been selected, the final products are curated from available stock with the customer's submitted preferences in mind wherever reasonably possible.

Photographs of Mystery Bundles shown on the Bookish by Cat website or social-media channels are illustrative examples only and do not represent the exact contents every customer will receive.

Products, brands, colours, patterns, styles and designs may vary between Mystery Bundles.

Specific products cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

Preferences such as colours, themes, genres, styles and general bookish aesthetics will be taken into account wherever possible.

Where a customer identifies something they would prefer not to receive, Bookish by Cat will make reasonable efforts to respect that request.

Preferences do not allow customers to select specific mystery products unless expressly offered as an option.

Seasonal Boxes

Bookish by Cat may offer Seasonal Boxes throughout the year.

Seasonal Boxes differ from Mystery Bundles because their principal contents will generally be stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

Some Seasonal Boxes may also include additional surprise items that are intentionally not revealed in advance.

Depending on the relevant product description:

Colours may vary.
Patterns or designs may vary.
Drink options may be offered.
Individual styles may depend on stock availability.
Certain products may be exclusive to that particular Seasonal Box.

Where a specific advertised item becomes unexpectedly unavailable, Bookish by Cat may provide a suitable alternative where the possibility of substitution was disclosed.

Any substitute will be selected with the intention of maintaining the overall nature and value of the Seasonal Box.

Where a proposed substitution would materially change the product purchased, Bookish by Cat may contact the customer before dispatch or provide an appropriate cancellation or refund option rather than simply making a materially different substitution.

Seasonal Boxes may be produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

Previous availability of a Seasonal Box does not guarantee that it will return in the future.

Product Photographs

Unless expressly stated otherwise, photographs used throughout the Bookish by Cat website and social-media channels are intended to show the style and type of products available.

For Mystery Bundles in particular, the exact contents of the customer's bundle may be completely different from the contents shown in promotional photographs or videos.

Colours, designs, product types, brands and styles may vary in accordance with the relevant product description and available stock.

Receiving a permitted variation does not by itself mean that a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Social Media & Packing Content

Bookish by Cat may create packing videos, product videos and other behind-the-scenes content for platforms including TikTok and Instagram.

While we aim to film as many orders as reasonably possible, not every order will necessarily be filmed or posted.

Customers may provide a social-media username through the personalisation box where they would like to be tagged if their order is selected for content.

Providing a username does not guarantee that an order will be filmed or published.

Bookish by Cat will not intentionally display information that should reasonably remain private, including a customer's:

Home address
Email address
Telephone number
Payment information
Other private account or order information
